FT Scheduler offers over 50 standard report variations for flight calendars, flight logs, aircraft and passenger itineraries, and passenger manifests. The Post-Flight Management Reports. track post-trip information including actual flight times, passengers, costs, and aircraft performance. Your airport file begins with more than 8500 worldwide entries, including comprehensive United States and Canadian databases. You can import your AC-U-KWIK subscription or simply add your own special airports, along with your favorite FBO's, hotels, caterers, limousine and car rental services.

The Security Screen allows you to set up Security ID and Passwords to protect your sensitive data from computer hackers and unauthorized employee access. You may set up groups of users with the same permissions and password while other users have individual logons and passwords. Set user privileges to deny access, or to view, add/modify, or delete for each program and each report. Audit activities at the program level or for individuals. You may increase or decrease the level or security and auditing at any time.

The Crewing Management Module enhances dispatching by allowing you to assign crewmembers to trips with currency checking, event tracking, duty standards testing and crew duty monitoring. Record non-flight duty, extra flight duty and simulator times. View crew flight and non-flight duty assignments on the daily, weekly or 42-day monthly crew calendars.

The Web Calendar Module allows designated personnel to access your company's flight schedule in a passenger friendly layout via the company's intranet. It also enables users to send seat or trip requests from the intranet directly to your flight department.
