NOTE: If you cannot connect via Internet Explorer (ie the connect button in Remote Desktop is grayed out), do the following:

Windows 200x and XP users:
- Click on the Windows Start button and select Run Program
- Type mstsc in the Open: field and click OK to Start the Remote Desktop Connection
- Type www.flighttrak-remote.com in the Computer field and click Connect to go to the Credentials Screen
- On the Credentials Screen, BE SURE "Remember my credentials" is UNCHECKED if you are not at your own computer
- Enter your User name and Password Credentials to log into Web Hosting and click OK

Windows Vista users:
- Click on the Windows Start button then in the Start Search field enter mstsc and click on the magnifying glass icon
- double click on the mstsc in the Programs list to Start the Remote Desktop Connection
- Type www.flighttrak-remote.com in the Computer field and click Connect to go to the Credentials Screen
- On the Credentials Screen, BE SURE "Remember my credentials" is UNCHECKED if you are not at your own computer
- Enter your User name and Password Credentials to log into Web Hosting and click OK
